REGISTRATION

How do I sign up for an account at uskoop.com.ph?

Signing up for an account at uskoop.com.ph is free and easy. Simply log on to www.uskoop.com.ph and click on the “Sign Up” button.  You will be prompted with the “Log In or Create An Account” page. Click on the “Create An Account” button and a page where you will need to provide your name, email address and the password for your account. Click on the “Submit” button and you will be redirected to “My Account” page where you can update your account information to include your billing address and or your delivery address.

 

I forgot my password, how do I retrieve my password?

If you can't remember your password, click on “Forgot Your Password” button at the login page of the site and provide the email address you used to register an account with us. Click “Submit” button. You will receive an email from us with a link for you to click to reset your password.

 

SHOPPING

What is the Buy For Me service of uskoop.com.ph?

uskoop.com.ph is not a retailer nor a reseller of any merchandise. We do not have any physical store thus we do not keep any stocks with us. What we provide is just the service to any customers who wish to buy any product from online stores. When customers click the “Buy for Me” button, customers authorize uskoop.com.ph to purchase the products from their merchant of choice on their behalf.

Help! I can’t find the item that I want to buy.

No worries! Feel free to email us at support@uskoop.com.ph by providing the name of the item, brand and other details available. We will contact you once we found the item. 

 

Why do you limit purchase of products during sales periods in the US?

We limit purchase of products to 1 unit per product item per customer to be aligned with the US merchants’ policy during these special sales periods. 

 

PRICING

Are your prices in Philippines (PHP)?

Yes. All prices displayed are in PHP.

Does the price include any import/ custom duties and taxes?

Yes. All prices displayed are inclusive of import/customs duties and taxes.

 

What is the breakdown of your “Final Price”?

Our “Final Price” includes the following:

  • Base price – item/product cost in Philippines currency (our item cost is the same as that displayed by the online store which you have selected for Uskoop to buy the item for you and converted to Philippines currency)

  • Estimated Fulfilment Fees – these are the estimated International shipping (US to PH), Insurance, & handling fees. 


Does the price include local shipping fees?

We offer free local shipping for all orders delivered in metro Manila. However for other areas there is a small surcharge.

 

PROMO/VOUCHER CODE

How do I use my promo / voucher code?

Promo / voucher code can be used during checkout.

1. At the shopping cart page, you will find a discount code box.

2. To use your promo / voucher code, enter the code in the code box and click “Apply Coupon

3. A corresponding deduction will be applied at you total amount

4. Click “Proceed to Checkout” button to continue with the checkout process

TECHNICAL

My computer froze/ My internet connection suddenly got disconnected while processing payment. How will I know that my payment went through successfully?

All successful transactions will receive a confirmation email that contains an order t number and other details of your order. If you have not received any confirmation via email, please contact us by calling or sending email to us at support@uskoop.com.ph

I'm having problems with your website. What can I do?

Our website is best supported by Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox. Please ensure that the browser you are using is up to date. If you are still experiencing difficulties, please email our Technical Support at support@uskoop.com.ph.
