What insurance does uskoop not cover?

Uskoop insurance coverage does not cover any of the following:

  • Loss or damage to the package sent by the seller to our hub (Returns)

  • Direct / indirect loss or damage caused by delays

  • Damage to used or second-hand goods

  • Rust, oxidation and discolouration of the product

  • Fragile items –crystal lighting, items which have many fragile moving parts

  • Bending, denting, scratching resulted from multi-modal transportation

  • Confiscation by Customs due to prohibition of entry into the destination country for delivery
