Does the price include local shipping fees?

Local shipping fees will be added upon check out. Shipping fees are determined based from the selected Philippine state/province of your delivery address..


Delivery

How long will it take for my item/s to reach my delivery address?

The delivery time includes processing time and shipping time. Processing time means the time Uskoop handles the order internally. Normally, we will process your order in two working days. Delivery time is determined by the destination where the item/s is shipped to and the custom policy which are the main element that affects the delivery time. As products are mainly sourced from International retailers/merchants outside Philippines, the estimated delivery lead time is 10-15 working days upon receipt of your item/s at our International Warehouse to be delivered to your doorstep. However, when customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
     

Can i schedule the delivery of my order?

Unfortunately, this service is currently not available. Our local logistic service cannot guarantee the delivery of your order for a specific date or time. But rest assured that we are working closely with our service provider to allow us to offer this service in the future.

What happens when I’m not around when the delivery is made?

A Delivery Attempt Slip will be slot in at your doorstep notifying you the date & time the next delivery will be made.

The package I received does not contain all the items I ordered, what does it mean?

It is likely you received a partial shipment. This means one or more of the items in your order is currently not available so the in-stock portion of your order was sent first. Also, items purchased from different retailers/merchants will be shipped separately unless otherwise stated. But nonetheless, the rest of your order will be definitely shipped! 


Help! My items are missing, what should I do?

If you have received a package without your items inside, please call or email us immediately within 24 hours. Our customer service support will assist you on how to claim insurance based on our insurance policy.


Order Tracking

How do I track my item/s?

To track your item/s, go to www.uskoop.com.ph and click the “Track My Order” button. Enter your order number and click “Track” button. The tracking information page will be displayed and show the status per item based from the order number you have provided.
